Fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) is one of the most commonly reported unmet needs among people living with and beyond cancer, yet many health professionals report limited confidence in addressing FCR in clinical practice.

In this webinar, A/Prof Ben Smith and A/Prof Jia (Jenny) Liu will introduce a newly developed training program designed to strengthen clinicians’ knowledge, confidence, and capacity to address FCR. The session will include a brief live walkthrough of the training, the story behind its development, findings from its evaluation, including its impact on knowledge, confidence, and perceived barriers to addressing FCR, and next steps for implementation and future development.

Participants will have the opportunity to access the training materials before the webinar and bring their questions for an interactive discussion with the presenters.
