Through 2 September 2011: Full refund, less $55
3 September - 16 September 2011: 75% refund, less $55

Substitution Policy: If you are unable to attend the Psychosocial Academy or the 13th World Congress, you are welcome to send a colleague in your place. Substitutions made on or prior to 2 September 2011 are free of charge. Each registration substitution made after 2 September 2011 will be subject to a $55 processing charge. Refunds in Case of Emergency Cancellation: If you are unable to attend the Psychosocial Academy or the World Congress because of a serious illness (of self or a family member) or death of a family member, you may be granted a partial refund (amount paid minus the $55 processing charge) or a full credit for a future meeting. You may request a refund in the event of other extenuating circumstances as well. Refund requests must be made in writing to IPOS Headquarters. The Congress Chair will review all requests to ensure they are in accordance with Congress policy.
