Schedule
6:00 – 7:00 pm      Cocktails
7:00 pm                 Dinner
8:30 pm                 BALL – a live theatre performance
9:45 pm                 Dancing

Inside of Le Cabaret du Capital, the old Cinéma de Paris has been made over in blue, fire red, and gold to create the warmest atmosphere, with small round tables, velvet-covered chairs, patterned carpeting, and a dance floor. Its art deco styling will charm you.

A performance will be featured by the critically acclaimed Brian Lobel in the story BALL, the story of a young man and his quirky and unique struggle against cancer and, more importantly, against the typical "inspirational" cancer narrative. This is not your mother's illness drama - BALL sees all of the disgusting parts of cancer without them being repackaged into things beautiful or inspirational. Instead, the sperm bank, the catheters, and the hair loss take center stage in all their glory, in a manner which is irreverent, honest, and, ultimately, healing. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll want to perform a self-exam. http://brianlobel.freeservers.com/BALL1.htm.

Following the dinner and performance, dancing will commence with a live DJ!

Tickets to the Gala are $110 per person. This includes appetizers, dinner, the performance, and dancing.
