Exhibitors
The 11th World Congress will include training and concurrent sessions dedicated to building and developing thriving scientific societies, health care agencies and academic institutions in all parts of the world and to integrate attendees’ knowledge toward a common language of accepted standards in comprehensive cancer care. Market your organization to over 800 expected delegates! Exhibit stands are placed in the center of high traffic events that offer great visibility to Congress delegates.

Exhibitor Fees:
For-profit organizations: €250 per m² (VAT excl., minimum 6 m² required)
Non-profit organizations: €150 per m² (VAT excl., minimum 6 m² required)
The Exhibitor fee includes registration for one (1) stand representative and the cost of the desired marketing space. Additional exhibit stand representatives will be required to pay full Congress registration fees.
Exhibitor Benefits:
All exhibiting companies will receive the following benefits:
- Listing as an Exhibitor in the Congress Program;
- Listing as an Exhibitor on the Congress Website, with a link to your corporate homepage;
- Meeting materials, including the Congress Program and gifts;
- Admission for one exhibitor to Plenary and Concurrent Sessions, Opening Reception, meals and Congress events.
