The 10th World Congress will include training and concurrent sessions dedicated to building and developing thriving scientific societies, health care agencies and academic institutions in all parts of the world and to integrate attendees’ knowledge toward a common language of accepted standards in comprehensive cancer care. Market your organisation to over 800 expected delegates! Exhibit stands are placed in the centre of high traffic events that offer great visibility to Congress delegates.

Tabletop Exhibit Stand

Includes 3 m x 3 m stand space, 2 m skirted table and 2 chairs. Tabletop Exhibits may be manned if desired, but it is not required. IPOS staff members are not available to man your exhibit for you. Exhibitors have full privileges for conference participation.

Exhibitor Fees

The Exhibitor fee includes registration for one (1) stand representative and the cost of the desired marketing space. Additional exhibit stand representatives will be required to pay full Congress registration fees.

Exhibitor Benefits

All exhibiting companies will receive the following benefits:

  • Table-top space and chairs in exhibit area;
  • Listing as an Exhibitor in the Congress Program;
  • Listing as an Exhibitor in Registration List;
  • Listing as an Exhibitor on signage at the Congress;
  • Listing as an Exhibitor on the Congress Website, with a link to your corporate homepage;
  • Meeting materials, including the Congress Program and gifts;
  • Admission to Plenary and Concurrent Sessions, Opening Reception, meals and Congress events.

Exhibitor Registrations must be received no later than
15 April 2008 to qualify for all of the stated benefits.
