IPOS has made arrangements for special reduced rates for the duration of the Congress at the NH chain of hotels in Madrid. In order to make your reservation and get the reduced rate, you must select a hotel and then complete a reservation form for that specific hotel and fax it to the hotel. A list of all of the hotels and information about them, as well as links to their websites and the reservation forms, are available through the link below. If you have any questions about the hotels or their reservations, please contact the NH hotels directly. Contact information for each hotel is on the reservation forms available through the link below.

NH Hotels - this link will bring up a chart of all NH Hotels offering special rates along with links to the hotel websites, relevant information about the hotels' locations, and links to the reservations forms. Reservations must be made by
15 May 2008 in order to guarantee the stated room rates. Room availability will be limited after 1 March 2008, so IPOS recommends that reservations be made prior to that date.

IPOS has also compiled a list of hostels and budget hotels in Madrid. These are generally less expensive than the NH Hotels above, but they are also often further away from the conference center and are in the 1 to 2 star range of hotel ratings (on a 5-star scale, with 5 stars being the most luxurious; the NH Hotels are all rated 3 or 4 stars).
