Registration for the 9th World Congress of
Psycho-Oncology is now available!

Below are the links to the preliminary Congress registration forms. IPOS is required to add the UK Value-Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 17.5% to all fees associated with the Congress. This amount will be reflected on a VAT invoice that Congress attendees receive from IPOS after payment is processed. If a cheque is submitted for payment, the amount of the cheque must be for the total Congress fees plus the 17.5% UK VAT.

All registrants from the USA and Canada may register using either the online registration form (above) or by printing and mailing or faxing this PDF Registration Form. When your payment has been received and processed you will receive an
e-mail confirmation receipt.		 All registrants from countries outside of the USA and Canada must register by printing and mailing or faxing this PDF Registration Form. When your payment has been received and processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation receipt.

Residents of Low- or Middle-Income countries (LMIR) are eligible for reduced rates on Congress fees. Country income status is determined by the World Bank. Please check the World Bank Country Classifications to see if you qualify for these reduced rates.
